The Work You’ll Do:

  • Ensure 100% of materials are delivered as per the plan with full kitting.
  • Monitor inventory:

    • Regular items must stay within maximum inventory levels.

    • Project items should not exceed 15 days of inventory.

  • Oversee the process from receiving the Purchase List from the Manager Sourcing to handing over project
    wise products to Main Stores in ready-to-use condition.

  • Follow up on rejected materials and coordinate their return to vendors.

  • Work in coordination with:

    • Executive – Main Stores

    • Executive – Vendor Development

    • Executive – Vendor Quality

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage procurement operations effectively.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

  • A proactive approach to vendor and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in any stream from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably dealing with electrical goods.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement activities.
  • Must be capable of writing and responding to professional emails in English.
