Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and BD strategies for EPC projects and MMS. 
  • Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and expansion of business with existing clients. 
  • Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and technical solutions in coordination with internal engineering and proposal teams. 

Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and alliances. 
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to develop actionable strategies. 
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and build brand presence. 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders – clients, consultants, contractors, and partners. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements and ensure customer satisfaction through project lifecycle. 

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of EPC projects. 
  • Support project negotiations, contract finalization, and risk assessment activities. 

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and market reports to leadership. 
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.

  • Strategically relocating these boxes to main roads achieves dual objectives: simplifying meter reading tasks and reducing tampering. Their public positioning acts as a deterrent, making tampering attempts risky and less likely.
