Executive - Onboarding & Development ( Human Resource)

Reporting to:

  • Manager - Employee Happiness

Work in co-ordination with:

  • All Functional Heads

Role:

  • Feedback score of the Induction process must be at least 4 stars.
  • Onboarding must be error-free.
  • Onboarding must be completed within 1 day of joining.
  • Ensure training of the employees on onboarding.
  • Ensure monthly skill development activity.

Scope of Work:

  • Starts when receiving manpower requirements from any functional head, posting the requirements till induction is done.
  • Monitoring throughout the probation period.
  • Starts when the resignation is approved or accepted by the HOD till the exit is done as per the process.
  • Campus recruitments in top colleges of Jaipur, IITs, and IIMs.

Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resource and Finance from a reputed institute with a minimum experience of 2 years exclusively in recruitments, verifications, and exits from any company in the manufacturing domain.
  • The candidate must have good communication skills both in written and verbal, must be well conversed with the DISC profiling test, aptitude tests, and must be able to qualify the candidates for the interviews as per the requirements.
  • The candidate must have experience in campus placements in the past in big and reputed institutes.
  • The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and presentation skills and must be a good storyteller to attract the best talent.
